★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجرببة ممتازه الفندق نظيف ويعتبر جديد وهااادي جداً اخذت جناح تقريبا غرف 504+505+506 كانت ممتازه ونظظيفة غرفة نوم رئيسية وغرفة بسريرين وصاله واسعه وثلاث دورات مياة .. غير موظفات الاستقبال خلوقات جداً و خدوومات الله يسعدهم
Excellent experience. The hotel is clean and is considered new and very quiet. I took a suite, approximately rooms 504 + 505 + 506, which were excellent and clean, a master bedroom, a room with two beds, a spacious hall and three bathrooms.. Other than the reception staff, very gentle and servants, may God be pleased with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فندق منعدم النظافة عندهم فيران بالغرف وهذا طبيعي لان الفندق بكامله مافيه الا عامل نظافة واحد ونكلم موظفة الاستقبال لتغيير الغرفة بدل مايحمدون ربهم اننا ماتركناهم تقول انا موظفة استقبال ايش اسوي لكم وغرفنا كلها وسخه ماتنظفت ماقدر اعطيكم غيرها مافي عمال تنظيف ومع السلامة .. حتى كلمة نعتذر او اسفين ماقالت وبعد كل هذا لهم وجه ياخذون تأمين .. تأمين على ايش ؟؟ على وساخة فندقهم !!
A hotel that is not clean. They have mice in the rooms, and this is normal, because the entire hotel has only one cleaner, and we call the receptionist to change the room instead of thanking their Lord that we did not let them say, “I am a receptionist, what can I do for you?” Our rooms are all dirty and they were not cleaned. Or, sorry, she said, and after all this, they have a face. They take insurance.. Insurance for what?? On the dirt of their hotel!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول مره فندق يطلب مني مبلغ تأمين قبل الدخول ولازم كاش ! ، ويوم طلعت رجعت لي المبلغ بدون التشييك على الغرفه ! يعني مجرد تشويه سمعه للفندق بدون فايده ،، لابأس بالفندق افضل مافيه التكييف لكن 0 عوازل. واسعاره مبالغ فيها مع ان مكه فنادقها رخيصه.
For the first time, a hotel asks me for a security deposit before entering and I need cash! And on the day I came out, I returned the amount without checking on the room! I mean, just tarnishing the reputation of the hotel without any benefit. The hotel is fine, the best in air conditioning, but 0 insulators. And the prices are exaggerated, even though the hotels in Mecca are cheap.

مدخل الاستقبال جيد . لاكن الغرف حتى للعزاب اعتقد لاترغب نرجو الالتفات واعادة الترتيب . وفق الله الجميع
Detailing the rooms is not good in my opinion.
The reception entrance is good. But the rooms are even for singles. I think you don't want to. Please pay attention and rearrange. God bless everyone
