โ โ โ โ โ The worst delivery or logistics company I have ever dealt with
My shipments from Ikea requested on 09/03/2022 and the delivery time through Flow company was on 11/03/2022 , until this moment their workers didnโt fix them and I called Ikeaโs customer services many times and urged them to finish this problem and they just promised me and apologized without an exact action on Flow company and they had a lot of customers complaining on Flow.

โ โ โ โ โ They make delivery appointments and never honor them and continue to lie about future delivery dates. When you ask for a supervisor they will always say they are in a meeting. Horrible company and horrible customer service. 0 stars if I could.

โ โ โ โ โ Quite possibly the WORST ever company for customer service. Appalled by the service and treatment of this company. This is how they installed my oven, so dangerous! And when Iโve tried to get an electrician from to fix it they said they donโt have electricians that work for themโฆ so why did he cut the wires and do this in the first place??
