★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this company 0 stars I would! The worst company ! I paid for delivery and assembly and they delivered my items and ran away. I will raise a case with the ministry because this company steals peoples money. They are thieves ! clearly this company does not care about customer experience or customer service. Top management should be held accountable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No commitment to delivery dates that THEY provide. Basically no customer service. You can call them if you like to listen to the waiting music because they won't pick up.
I'm surprised they even have customers..
No wonder Homeworks closed their business... Maybe because Flow was their logistic partner...
Shame on you Flow for this horrible business practice. ??
EDIT: for IKEA customers, call IKEA customer service and they should be able to expedite the delivery time and ensure speedy delivery. They were very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short the worst logistic company i have come across.
I ordered some ikea furnture and it was supposed to be delivered to me by this company more than a month ago.
They don't come on agreed time , and every time they reschedule for 1 week after !
Not only that, they don't answer phone calls and the delivery and service people don't speak neither Arabic or English.
1 star is too much for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever, they contacted me and set an appointment for the installation today at four o'clock and at 4:40 o'clock I contacted them because they were late, so their employee responded as follows: (Yes, you have an appointment for delivery and installation today, but we will not be able to come) and then I tried to call a lot and did not answer and the employee did not answer I asked him for the number of his direct manager, and after many attempts he sent me his number. I tried to call him 11 times, and he did not answer, and then we contacted the complaints 3 times, and all the employees seemed to be confused and did not have any answer, only the authorization and now the official will contact me and until now there is no response from them. I strongly advise not to buy IKEA products because they are the strategic partner of this company and all of them are to blame for this disgusting manner of dealing and I would like to add that the delivery and installation service was received more than 3 weeks ago. In the event that my comment has been viewed by someone whose company is interested in doing and communicating with me to Abern, all that I wrote earlier.
Also what made me upset that I left my duty earlier just to be home for the installation team?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ???????????????????Worst service that you could ever hire. They delay for over a month and they have no respect for time or the client. I've tried talking to them but they just don't respond. They dont care for your concern. I strongly advise that you hire an other company. Check the photo ! I never got any one to answer.
