اسعار مبالغ فيها ولم يسبق لها مثيل
نوعية المشروبات وجودة المعسلات شي مخزى
تعامل الموظفين وكأننا داخلين بلاش
وأخيرا.. شكرآ من القلب لوجودكم لزيادة متاعبنا

وصوت الموسيقى عالي جداً المكان غير هادئ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كأجواء جميله مره ورايقه وموظفين واحد فقط اللي كويس ويعرف يتعامل مع الزباين والباقين مع الاسف
من ناحية المشروبات سيئه جداً
والشيشه مره طعمها مخيس مره ومايعرفون وش يقدمون اللي جاب الشيشه قالي نكهه واللي طلبتها نكهه ثانيه ويوم جيت اتكلم قالو نزلنا طلبكم ويوم قلتلهم غيروها ومع الاسف نفس الشي نكهه شينه ومزودين الجلسرين فيها بشكل متعب جدا.
وطلبنا حلى وكنسلناه عادي تصير في كل الكافيهات ومن حق الزبون خاصه انه ما اخذ الطلب
ولمن طلبنا في فلوسه مايبغون يرجعونها وقالو كلمو صاحب المكان وروحت اكلمه
وش من شوفة النفس والنظرات للزبون مو شايفنا شي بالمره خييير سلمات؟؟ وجلسنا ساعه تخيلو اللين حولو المبلغ وياليته مبلغ يستحق هالتاخير يقول روحو بنحوله لكم علشان اذا طلعنا خلاص ماعاد لنا شي
فاتح مشروع مثل هذا وماعندك اسلوب تتفاهم فيه مع الناس؟؟ ولا طريقه تكسب فيها حب الزباين
ورغبتهم لرحوع مره ثانيه !!! والله حرام
وتجربه مستحيل اكررره مع ان اول مادخلته انبهرت
في جوه ومكانه وترتيبهم بس بسوء تعاملهم كرهوني فيه ?

And for those who asked for his money, they didn't want to return it, and they said call the owner of the place and I went to talk to him
What do you think of the self and the looks of the customer? Do we not see anything better at all?? We sat for an hour, imagine the soft transfer of the amount, and I wish it was an amount worthy of this delay.
You open a project like this and you don't have a way to understand with people?? There is no way to win the love of customers
And their desire to go a second time!!! its not fair
And an experience that is impossible to repeat, even though the first time I entered it was amazed
In their atmosphere, place and arrangement, but their mistreatment, they hated me in it ?

بعد ما جلست قال الموظف لازم تطلب ب ٩٩ ريال
والشيشة ب ٥٨ ريال تقريباً وعادي قلنا تم
قال خويك لازم يطلب
قلت له الرجال ما يعسل
قال الموظف بأروح اسأل المدير وبعدها قال ادفع على كل شخص ٩٩ او اطلعوا يعني من غير مطرود
وسألت طاولة فيها بنات دفعتوا حق كل شخص ٩٩ قالوا لا بس اللي يطلب يدفع
بالعربي المقهى يجمع البنات عشان يجذب الشباب
اللي اقوله لصاحب المقهى
الله لا يرزقك و لا يوفقك اذا هذا توجهك

يعيبه قلة الحجوزات في عطلة نهاية الاسبوع خصوصاً في الاوقات المتأخره.
الموظفين سعوديين وسعوديات قمة في الرقي والتحضر واللباقة.
المعسل أكثر من رائع ..
المشروبات عادية لكن يشفع لها الاجواء الجميلة!
زرته في وقت متأخر ،
وسأعيد الزيارة قريباً بإذن الله ..
