ا	الؤلؤة ال on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان رائع وراقي ..لكن بعض الملاحظات نتمنى تلافيها عاجلا .. وجود صراصير (صراصير خشب) منتشره في دورات المياه والمغاسل.. قلة الاواني المتوفره جدا كمكان جاهز للمبيت يلزم توفر الاواني الضروريه.. البراده الموجوده غير مناسبه لشرب الماء منها (يحتاج فلتره) يستحق تكرار الزياره بعد معالجة الملاحضات وشكرا Wonderful place and sophisticated .. but some observations we hope to avoid them soon .. The presence of cockroaches (cockroaches wood) scattered in the bathrooms and laundries .. م	متذوقه on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اروع وأفخم الشاليهات الي دخلتها بالقصيم فعلا أضافه اكثر من رائعه لمدينه عنيزه مع اني مولوده في الشرقيه وعندنا شاليهات فخمه لكن انبهرت انه فيه كذا بعنيزة و موظف الاستقبال اسمه محمد بالعكس قمة الأدب والرقي وللامانة النظافه فوق المتوقع واسعار حلوه ويوفرون كل شي بوفيهات طاولات كراسي صبابين سماعات ....شكرًا اتلانتس One of the coolest and most luxurious chalets that I entered in Al-Qassim actually added more than wonderful to the city of goats although I was born in the east and we have luxurious chalets but I was amazed that it is such and so unfortunate and the reception staff named Mohamed is the opposite of the highest literature and sophistication and the honesty of cleanliness above expected and sweet prices and provide everything Shi buffets tables chairs chairs Headphones .... thanks Atlantis
M	Mohammed Aldosari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي كانت في الشاليه رقم 9 جميل ونظيف وحجمه كبير ومناسب للعوائل الكبيرة، يحتوي على 4 غرف نوم. ولكن ليس بنظام فندقي. لا يوفر أدوات الحمام من صابون وشامبو أومناشف. وتمنيت مقابل سعره المرتفع أن يكون فيه اهتمام وعناية به، حيث ينقصه العناية بالكهرباء والسباكة والتكييف، بعض اللمبات والشطافات والسيفونات عطلانة، وتعطل علينا أحد المكيفات! الغرف ينقصها دواليب. القنوات التلفزيونية محدودة جدا جدا. My experience in chalet number 9 is beautiful and clean and large size suitable for large families, it has 4 bedrooms. But not a hotel system. It does not provide toiletries such as soap, shampoo or towels. I wished for its high price to have interest and care of it, where lack of care for electricity, plumbing and air conditioning, some bulbs, rinsers and siphons Atlana, and the failure of one of the air conditioners! The rooms lack cupboards. TV channels are very, very limited.
B	Bader Mohammed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انخدعت بالتعامل مع الشاليه .. حجزت الشاليه عن طريق موقع الحجز السريع وكان السعر 562 ريال ، وحولت العربون لهم ، وبعد ماوصلت قالوا السعر 650 ريال ، والسعر المعروض بالموقع ملغي !!!! بين الحجز ووصولي 3 ساعات ، وبعد ماتواصلت مع الاداره ووضحت لهم مشكلتي ، كان عذرهم كان من الافضل تحجز عن طريق المكتب او الجوال ، اسعار الموقع تتغير بناء على اوقات الذروه . استغلال لئيييييم . I was deceived by dealing with the chalet.. I booked the chalet through the express booking site and the price was 562 riyals, I transferred the deposit to them, and after I arrived, they said the price is 650 riyals, and the price displayed on the website is cancelled!!!! Between my reservation and my arrival 3 hours, and after I contacted the administration and explained my problem to them, their excuse was that it was better to book through the office or mobile, the prices of the site change based on peak times.
