فيها بيت شعر خارجي جديد
لكن لا يوجد دورة مياة تخدمه الا داخل الفيلا
صاحبها رجل خلوق وحبوب
تتكون الفيلا من
بدروم به مجلس + دورة مياة وهذه تخدم بيت الشعر
دور ارضي به مجلس كبير و٢وغرفتين ودورتي مياه ومطبخ
دور علوي غرفة ثلاثة اسرة مع دورة مياه
الفناء به اشجار والعاب اطفال
ينصح بها ??
Old villa but renovated furniture
It has a new external hair house
But there is no toilet that serves it except inside the villa
Its owner is a gentle and loving man
The villa consists of
A basement with a council + toilet, and this serves the house of poetry
A ground floor with a large sitting room, two rooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen
Three-bedroom loft with a bathroom
The courtyard has trees and children's toys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فله فوق الوصف ومعنى الراحة فيها من موقع وخدمات ونظافة ومن برودة مكيفات عكس الفلل اللي بالشفاء، وسعر الإيجار مناسب، تستاهل التجربة اكثر من مره. ملاحظتي فقط يبي له تجديد اثاث للدور الثاني
