★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاامنه حصل معي موقف في مكتب فلاي القصيم فرع الخبيب حجزت من الاخ ابو مراد كان جداااا متعاون وكلامه لطيف واسلبوه ممتاز حجزت منه تذكره للمغرب بعدها بيومين جتني رساله في الأغاء الرحله توجهت للمكتب اسالهم ليش الغيت الرحله مالقيت ابومروان لقيت واحد باكستاني اسلوبه زفت وغير متهم وغير محترم لما تكلمت معه وقلت له راح اشتكيك على الاداره قالي روح اشتكي ايش دخل وبعدها قلت راح اتصل على وزارة التجاره قال اتصل مافي مشكل لما شافني بغيت اتصل اخذ التذكره وشاف لي بنفس شينه كاني راح اخذ منه فلوس طلعت ونويت ما رجع للمكتب هذا ابدا لوكانت التذكره ببلاش
رجعت العصر حصلت ابومراد استقبلتي باسلوب ممتاز وكنت ابي احجز تذكره غير الي تكنسلت من المكتبالمجاور لان البكستاني كرهني في المكتب وقلت مارح احجز من هذا المكتب واحذر الصحابي من سوء تعامل البكستاني
بس لما عرف ابومراد انه قل ادبه علي استقبلني بكل احترام وتقدير وباسلوبه الممتاز خلني احجز تذكرتي التانيه كتبت هذا كي تتم محاسبه المواضف البكستاني ويتعامل مع اعملاء بحترام وتقدير هذا اكل عيش
For security, I had a situation in the office of Fly Al-Qassim, Al-Khubaib branch. I booked from brother Abu Murad. He was very helpful and kind and robbed him of the excellent. I booked a ticket from him to Morocco. Two days later, I got a message canceling the trip. When I spoke to him and told him I would complain about the administration, he said, “I will complain about what he entered.” Then I said, “I will call the Ministry of Commerce.” He said, “Call, there is no problem.”
I came back in the afternoon and I got Abu Murad I received in an excellent manner and I wanted to book a ticket other than the one who called from the neighboring office because the Pakistani hated me in the office and I said I will not book from this office and warn my companion against mistreatment of the Pakistani
But when Abu Murad found out that he was polite to me, he received me with respect and appreciation and in his excellent manner, let me book my second ticket. I wrote this so that the Pakistani attitudes would be held accountable and that he would treat clients with respect and appreciation.
