★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تاخير بتسليم الطلب لو انا أطلب مفطح خلص وسندوتش طعميه نصف ساعه معقوله يناس مرررررر تاخير علمًا انه كان زمان سريع ( اكله لذيذ ونظافه وجوده ) اشوف انه سبب التاخير عدم ترتيب اعمال الموظفين
 Delay in delivering the order. If I ask for a muftah, finished and a delicious sandwich for half an hour. Reasonable delay. Please note that it was a fast time (delicious food, cleanliness and presence). I see that the reason for the delay was not arranging the staff’s work.

وصلتني الفلافل تسبح زيت للاسف اكل زيت مو فلافل ياليت ينتبهون للنقطة ذي
و طلبت ساندوتش فلافل كلاسيك حجمها ممتاز كبيره و تشبع بس فيه مشكله ان فيها ريحة صابون بشكل يقرف ??
للاسف ماراح اكرر التجربه و الله يسامح اللي مدحه.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لماذ نجمتين ، نجمه للمحاسبين ولبقاتهم ونجمه لسرعة الخدمه ، الطعم في بداية افتتاح المطعم كان جيد اما الان فهو سيء للاسف جدا ، لايتوفر خيارات مثل الخبز المصري والباذنجان وانواع المخللات . الفلافل حاليا اطلاقا غير جيده ومليئه بالزيت كذلك البطاطس مغرقه زيت يبدوا ان الشيف جديد وغير متقن للعمل . نرجوا لهم التوفيق والبركه وتحسين المنتج .
Why two stars, one for the accountants and their courteousness, and one for the speed of service. The taste at the beginning of the restaurant’s opening was good, but now it is bad, unfortunately. There are no options such as Egyptian bread, eggplant, and pickles. The falafel is currently not very good and full of oil, as well as the potatoes are soaked in oil. It seems that the chef is new and not very good at work. We wish them success, blessings and product improvement.
