F	FA SA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وصلت للمطعم ولقيت العامل ينظف الطاولة ويمسحها وهو لابس القلفز… جاء بيسوي لي فلافل بنفس القلفز ? رفضت وطلبت منه يستبدل القلفز … زعل من طلبي وقعد يرد بكلمات بصوت عالي ،،، مالفائدة اذا السعر قليل وعديم نظافة وتعامل ؟ I arrived at the restaurant and met the worker cleaning the table and wiping it while he was wearing gloves... He came to me making falafel with the same gloves ? I refused and asked him to replace the gloves... He got upset at my request and sat replying with words out loud,,, What is the benefit if the price is low and it is not clean and treated?
ا	ادمانن دوسري on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحين عندي سؤال واحد حاطين رقم للمطعم ليه ومحد يرد مع العلم انو م فيه زباين يوم رحت للمطعم اقوله ليه محد يرد يقولي كلنا نشتغل الشغل حقهم وش تمسيح وقبل اتصلت قالي الجوال بس حاطينه كذا يوم رحت لهم Now, I have one question. Why do I put a number for the restaurant, and no one answers, knowing that there were two customers on the day I went to the restaurant? I tell him why no one answers. و	وليد الدخيِّل on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رائع جداً وسعره ممتاز جداً، ليس برخص البوفيهات، لكنه أرخص من فطيرة الفلافل. أخذت صبة في خبزة عادية مع كل شي وبيض بـ 7 ريالات فقط وشربت معها موية بنصف ريال وأشبعتني من أكلتها الساعة 10 الليل وحتى الآن الساعة 3 عصر اليوم التالي ولله الحمد والشكر. النظافة تبدو جيدة جداً. نظافة الأكل والتجهيز والمطبخ ما لاحظت شي. الشيء الوحيد اللي ما أعجبني هو الخبزة ليست طرية شكلها عقب الصباح وفيها شوي نشوفه. وكذلك الفلافل طلبت فلافل بسمسم لكن حط لي فلافل عادي. Very cool and very well priced, not as cheap as buffets, but cheaper than falafel pie. I took a soba in a regular bread with everything and eggs for only 7 riyals, and I drank water with it for half a riyal, and I was satisfied with what I ate at 10 pm until now at 3 pm the next day, praise and thanks be to God. Cleanliness looks very good. The cleanliness of eating, processing and kitchen I did not notice anything. The only thing that I didn't like is the bread is not too soft in the morning and has a bit to look at. As well as the falafel I asked for falafel with sesame, but he gave me regular falafel.
A	Abeer Saad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفلافل طعمها مقبوله موب شينه .. اما الباقي كل شي سيء الحمص فيه ريحه واضح انه قديم .. الخضار ذبلانه برضو قديمه .. البطاطس بااااااارده .. حطيت النجمتين عشان الفلافل تعتبر حليوه و عشان وصل بسرعه وماتأخر The falafel taste is acceptable, not bad.. As for the rest, everything is bad. The hummus has a smell and it is clear that it is old.. The vegetables are withered too old.. The potatoes are cold.. I put the two stars because the falafel is considered sweet and because it arrived quickly and not late.
B	Bin Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طعم كويس بس خدمه سيئه جدا المحاسب سجل طلب غلط وراح برا جلس نص ساعه اقول طلبت عصيرات ماسجلها قلت طيب كنسل يقول مالي دخل اقول لزميله رجع الفلوس خويه يقول مالي دخل انتظره يجي ولطعني الين جا قال نسيت الحين بسويها قلت رجع فلوسي والغيت العصيرات لانه اخرني كانت الفلافل حلوه بس بسبب اتعامل سيئ جدا مستحيل ارجع لهم مع أنه كنت الزبون الوحيد عندهم مافي احد غيري استغرب كيف يشيل الفلوس وينسى يسجل الطلب ويطلع It tastes good, but the service is very bad. The accountant registered the wrong request and went outside. He sat for half an hour. I said I asked for juices that I did not record. I said ok as a descendant. He says my money is in. I tell his colleague, he returned the money. And to stab me, he said I forgot to do it now. I said my money was returned and I canceled the juices because he delayed me. The falafel was sweet, but because of the very bad dealings, it is impossible to return to them, even though I was the only customer with them.
M	Maher Jamous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء تجربة تعامل مطعم كله قائم على عامل واحد لايسمع ويتجاهل الطلبات ويتعامل مع العملاء وكأنه مو عاجبه الشغل اصلا .يعني جيت والمطعم في زبون واحد و أسأله مايرد واخر شي يقولي ١٠ دقايق حتى اسمع طلبك ياليت ادارة المطعم تنتبه ان التعامل مع العملاء لايقل أهمية عن المذاق وشكرا وهي اخر مرة افكر اشتري منهم
