★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أفضل حمص في جدة مع حفظ مقام مطعم الكروان .. مايميزه هو إن نكهة الثوم أقل وهذا في رأيي ميزة مهمة تلائم ذائقتي.. نعومة الحمص مثل الحرير .. طريقة التقديم مع البليلة رائعة..وصوص الفلفل الأخضر الحار مهم أن يطلب في علبة خارجية كي يمكن الاستمتاع بنكهته حسب القدرة على التحمل. الحمص بالفول لذيذ سواء كان الفول مطحون أو حبات. الفلافل عالم آخر .. صغيرة ومقرمشة وعليها رشة سماق كأن خدودها متوردة. الخبز الشامي عندهم ناعم مثل الحرير ومهم طلبه لاكتمال تجربة الوجبة المكونة من حمص وحمص بالفول وفلافل والفلفل أكيد.
نسيت أقول إن جودة المكان ثابتة من أكثر من ١٢ سنة وصاحبه يشرف بنفسه على العمل.

Their Shami bread is as soft as silk, and it is important to order it to complete the meal experience consisting of hummus, hummus with beans, falafel and pepper, for sure.
I forgot to say that the quality of the place has been stable for more than 12 years, and the owner personally supervises the work.
