الدور الارضي مكونة من غرفتين نوم رئيسة والثانية بها ثلاثة اسره وصالون جلوس به تلفيزيون ومسبح كبير ومسبح دائري للاطفال
ومطبخ امريكي به كل التجهيزات
الدور الثاني عبارة عند مجلس به تلفزيون ومطل زجاجي ومكان مفتوح للجلوس تصلح لعائلة مكونه من ٧ اشخاص
الفيلا نظيفة وتعتبر في قلب الهدا يحيطها جميع الخدمات
