★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يفتقدون الاحترافيه في العمل ، والعامل كذا مره اجي اسوي عنده ومره خرب لي بالونات وفقعها من الهواء الزايد انا جايبتهم من عندي ولاعوضوني الاحترافيه صفر مع العميل حتى اعتذار عن مابدر ماعتذرر ومره اخرى ارسلت له صورة ورد وسوا لي شكل مختلف تماماً عن اللي اخترته علماً ان اسعارهم مناسبه وحلوه بس يفتقدون التعامل مع العميل وعامل الورد مايعرف ينفذ الا لما تكون فوق راسه وتعلمه كيف يعني اللي يرسل صوره ويتكل عليهم بيخيب ظنه وهذا اللي مخرب عليهم
 They lack professionalism at work, and the worker like that. Once I came to settle with him and once he destroyed balloons for me and popped them out of the excess air. I brought them from me and they did not compensate me with zero professionalism with the customer until I apologize for what I did not do. It is appropriate and sweet, but they miss dealing with the customer, and the flower worker does not know how to execute except when you are above his head and you teach him how it means that he who sends a picture and relies on them disappoints him and this is what ruins them
