السلبيات:
- مافي احترام للمواعيد وتم الاتفاق على تسليم النظارتين خلال ٥ - ٧ ايام ، والى الان كملت اسبوعين وما استلمت النظارتين
- عدم احترام العميل:
١- ابصال الفاتورة تجيك ثاني يوم وتتصل عليهم ويقول عطل في النظام
٢- عدم تبليغ العميل سبب تأخر النظارة ومافي اي متابعة ، خلاص اخذ فلوسه ويسحب عليك
٣- تتصل على الجوال يقولك ١٠ دقايق ارجع اتصل عليك ويسحب
الايجابيات:
١- الفرع موظفين سعوديين محترمين وخدومين جدا لكن ينقص ان يبلغك بجميع تفاصيل النظارة
٢- الاسعار جدا مناسبة

Negatives:
- There is no respect for appointments, and it was agreed to deliver the two glasses within 5-7 days, and so far two weeks have passed and I have not received the glasses
Lack of respect for the customer:
1- Receipt of the bill. The next day comes and you call them and say there is a system malfunction
2- Not informing the customer of the reason for the delay in the glasses and there is no follow-up, he took his money and withdraws it from you
3- You call on the mobile, it tells you 10 minutes, come back, call you and withdraw
Positives:
1- The branch is very respectful and helpful Saudi employees, but it is missing to inform you of all the details of the glasses
2- The prices are very reasonable

الخيارات متنوعة للنظارات وواضح الحرص الشديد لرضى العميل صدق ماعاد أفكر بمحل نظارات/عدسات غيره.
مثال يحتذى به في خدمة العملاء ?
الله يوفقكم ويرزقكم وإن شاءلله نشوف فروعكم بكل مكان.

تجربتي معهم بدت في اول فرع لهم افتتح بطريق ابوبكر بالرياض
تعامل و جودة و خدمة (قبل وبعد البيع)
وعلى رأسهم الاخ ريان الدهام
وجميع الشباب السعوديين بالفروع كلها.
لم اجد لها مثيل حتى مع (اقدم واشهر محلات النظارات) بالسعودية للأسف!
انصح بالتعامل معهم ?
It's not the first time and it won't be the last
My experience with them seemed to be in their first branch opened on Abu Bakr Road in Riyadh
Dealing, quality and service (before and after sales)
On top of them is Brother Rayan Al-Daham
And all Saudi youth in all branches.
Unfortunately, I did not find anything like it even with (the oldest and most famous eyeglass store) in Saudi Arabia!
I recommend to deal with them ?

بالنسبة للنظارات اسعارها متوسطة الى مرتفعه، ما ادري اذا اصلية او لا احسن انك تشوف المكان بنفسك. متشوقة للنظارة اللي فصلتها عندهم.

As for glasses, the prices are medium to high, I do not know if they are original or not. It is better for you to see the place yourself. She is excited about the glasses that she separated from them.

أعجبني في المحل أن الموظفين سعوديين ف يشكرون على ذلك، وتعاملهم ممتاز وأسلوبهم جميل ، لكن للأمانة أسعارهم جداً مرتفعه للعدسات الطبيه ،( يعني إلي تسويه في المحلات ب٣٥٠ عندهم ب٦٠٠!!!!! مع أنه نفس نوع العدسات ونفس الشركه

I liked in the shop that the employees are Saudis, so they are thankful for that, and their behavior is excellent and their style is beautiful, but to be honest, their prices are very high for medical lenses, (I mean, they settle for 350 for 600!!!!! Although it is the same type of lenses and the same company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وش اقول وش اخلي! يكفي سمعته الزينه اساسا ماتعاملت معاهم ولا اعتمدهم الا من سمعتهم الطيبه وتجربتي معهم يعني ذوق خدمة ممتازة، مره طلبت عدسات وتأخرت اسبوعين على غير العاده وعطوني عدسات مجانيه حقت كم يوم الى ان يوصل الطلب وزياده على ذلك يوم وصلت طلبيتي وصلوها لين بيتي واخر طلب لي ممداني انتظر يوم الا واستلمته يعني اشكرررهمم صدق
