★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at the desk. Mr. Ahmed helped me choose which plan I should purchase with the current offers available at the time of making this review, he was very welcoming, polite and professional, the gym seems decent thus far, however, keep in mind that finding a parking space can and most likely will prove as a challenge. That is my only complaint, for now.

Cooling is not what it used to be....
Crowd is not happy with parking too
Needs big time renovation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a member at fitness time since 2012, they have the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. They do everything they can to get you sing up at the gym, and once you sign up and you need help, they never support. I bought my friend a year membership as gift, but he end up leaving the country for good after few months, so we asked them to transfer the remaining days to my account, they refused, they said they can only do so for a non-existing member at the gym, make no sense at all….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like what they did with the new remodeling of this branch, it opened a lot of waisted space previously and increased its capacity for the crowded branch. This was my first time training with the renewed equipments and it resulted in satisfied experience.
I'm really looking forward to visit this place for the next weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can be busy, difficult to get parked and the machines are not enough. But it’s a great facility if you can get in there before the rush. Prices are high but clearly people are willing to pay. There’s a female gym next door so your wife can go too!
