★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to workout. Clean. Has a pool, hot tub, and my favorite--> an ice bath ? also has a steam room and sauna. Great facilities. Highly recommend. ?? And it is just about next to The California Burger if you're craving after ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the cost, especially during covid when half the machines and amenities are closed. Too many people. If you're an avid swimmer, I do not recommend this pool. The pool should absolutely have lane lines; it is ridiculous! People are swimming horizontally, vertically, and every which way, constantly running into each other. This is not only hazardous, but not conducive to lap swimmers trying to get a good workout in. Flags should also be above the pool so swimmers can do flip turns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great, but that is nothing if you ppl dont know how to deal with customers. Asking ppl to wear a T shirt in the steam room and Sauna doesnt make sense. At the same time, some ppl put on a towel only. What a contradiction! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness Time , al Malqa in under construction now. i called them now and told them, to postpone my days or to return my money, they rejected. they asked me to go to another location , but why have i subscribed in Malqa. SUPER BAD CONSTUMER SERVICE , I DONT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO SUBSCRIBE THIS GYM.
SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR THIS COSTUMER SERVICE.

The staff are kind
Although the security guy is not professional he asked me to change the parking without any reason
there is construction in the area the basement parking are closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cardio area the AC is always off despite taking to the responsible girls .. it will be turnedon for few minuets only .. which make your cardio a agonizing experience.. ps : AC at the resistance exercises area is Ok .. hopefully the management will take this in consideration

Receptionist and trainers very kind always with a smile on their face and professional.
I enjoy my time here swimming and attending my booked courses but also using other facilities such as gym equipment, swimming, sauna, steam room.
There is a lot you can do here!
