★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معليش الفتنس وباقي الفروع ماصار فيه أي فرق بينهم وماخذين الكرونا عذر راحت لها سنتين وللحين ماحدثتو لا مناشف ولا سليبرات ولا غسول ومن فترة دمجتو البلسم مع الشامبو والصابون فعلبة وحدة يعني ٣*١ سلامات وش هالتعامل والخدمة ليه مسجلين عندكم بفهم + المويا للحين موقفينها شدخلها ف كرونا!! ٣ نجوم عشان النظافة بس والابلكيشن وش فايدته بسوي ايقاف قالت تعالي للفرع اجي تقولي فيه رسوم عليه اجل ليه فالتسجيل تقولون عندك ٢٠ يوم دام اذا بااخذها بتكون برسوم استهبال غريب صراحة الخدمة من كرونا وهي ف انحدار هذا وهو ارقى فرع عدلو خدمتكم ورجعوها مثل قبل مفروض انتو تحرصون على راحتنا مو احنا نجي نعلمكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النادي نظيف والمكان وسيع وشرح والمدربات الاغلب بشوش بس اذا سالتيهم عن شي يجيبون لك طاري التدريب الشخصي واسعارهم مبالغه شوي والايقاف كذلك يحسبون لك يعني ماعندي الا 20يوم ياتقسمينها يا كلها تاخذينها تدريبهم ب الحصص حلو بس اتمنى يحرصون ع وقت الحصه شوي

والكلاسات الله بالخير المدربات يلغون على كيفهم ويغيرون على كيفهم اغلب الأجهزة عطلانة والطاقم الإداري مصاحب طاقم المدربات تشتكين منا يزحلقونك مع الجهة الثانية وكل مادخلت مشتركة جلسوا يترجونها لين تشترك و نظام الِ FT90 فيه تدريب مجاني تجربة للمشترك للأسف بعض المدربات بدون ذكر اسماء تقنعك قبل اخذ القياسات واذا رفضتي قالت مايحتاج خذي وزنك وخلاص وقامت تطرد فيك بشكل غير مباشر وسحبت عليك وعلى يومك المجاني.. ( الطاقم الإداري محترمات جدًا )
لكن للأمانة النادي بشهر رمضان مبدعين بمعنى الكلمة وشاكرة لهم تغيرهم للأفضل واتمنى الاستمرارية المدربات شادين حيلهم الكلاسات كلاسات صح والأجهزة كلها مضبطة ولافيه سماعات الوضع مريح ونقدر نتدرب مع المدربة ونفهمها صح .. باقي السنة المدربة ترفع صوت السماعة وتنسى نفسها وهي تتمرن وحنا نخبط.. الآن فيه تواصل اتمنى يلغون السماعة ??..
وشكر خاص للكوتش اسماء على حرصها اننا نسوي التمرين بالطريقة الصحيحة وتشرح لك وحدة وتسمع مننا وتحرص اننا نسوي كل التمارين ولاتشغل السماعة نهائياً لانها تعرف انها تقطع التواصل بين المتدربة والمدربة..

The classes are right. The devices are all fine, and there are no headphones. The situation is comfortable, and we can train with the coach and understand her right.. The rest of the year the coach raises the sound of the speaker and forgets herself while she is practicing and we are messing up.. Now.. There is communication, I hope they cancel the headset ??..
And a special thanks to the coach Asmaa for her keenness that we do the exercise in the right way and she explains to you a unit and hears from us and makes sure that we do all the exercises and does not turn on the headset at all because she knows that it cuts the communication between the trainee and the trainer..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وقت اللياقه كان ممتاز لين جات كورونا .. الحين لو عليهم يخلونا نجيب الاجهزه معنا ونسدد فواتير النادي? ماعاد رجعوا المويه ولا السليبرات ولا الفوط وصار الايقاف بفلوس يعني سلامات تراه نادي مو جامعه يعني مفروض مافيه اشياء تجبرنا نجي غصب عشان هالاشتراك .. فيه شيء اسمه سفر وظروف خاصه ( طبعاً انا كنت عندهم من كم سنه ووضعهم كان في السليم من نظافه وكلاسات وكل شيء بس من جات كورونا للاسف ) انا تقييمي لفرع المونسيه
