★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an amazing place to workout. Friendly staff and the coaches are very cooperative and helpful. Whenever I do some exercises wrong I immediately get interrupted by one of the coaches to explain to me the right way. Wether it is a cardio or weight training. So, never hesitate to join the family and get fit.
My only problem is that some people just sit down on the machines and start talking and chatting or playing with their phones. That is just stupid. And don’t make me talk about those who use the weights and leave it there and never return them back to their places. That’s just ignorant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should consider opening and closing times. It’s not possible that this gym is the only gym that can actually called a gym in albaha and it’s not available all the times. In fact closing ours per week is 93 hrs and opening times are just 75 hrs per week. I hope they extend the opening hours to satisfy all kind of ppl especially in holidays.
