★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need to get fit for sure one of the best places is fitness time because it serves all what u will need like the pool it is so big and every thing is there the couches who works are good and kind people they love to help but if u need a couching u have to pay for the coush butq if u asked them about any thing they gonna answer u for sure pi wanted to add that they have buy a new equipment before 2 weeks people was not cool with old ones cuz it was broken and u may get injured by using it but ecery thing is good and ok sorry for my english not my first language hope u have a good time and a good health .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness Time in general as a brand is impressive and on the right path to become a leader in fitness within the kingdom and hopefully soon internationally as well, yet this specific branch which is one of oldest ones isn't been taken care of enough, and I think it should be well maintained especially for being one of their first branches. Many equipment are old and almost broken to the level of being afraid to use it in order to avoid injuries by members. I really hope this review reaches the right people in order to make an impact and change. I'm willing to be contacted and to support with any details required to improve this branch and the overall member experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a fantastic gym and I guess it’s one the best gyms in Jeddah compared to the price, after changing the gym machines it became fantastic gym, I like the CrossFit classes and the boxing and also the free classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've changed every single machine into high tech support services. They still have issues with the shower maintenance but overall I would recommend people to get the most benefit from the gym by early morning.
They are 24 hours open BTW

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all the Trade-mills are giving shock and looks very very dangerous to workout on,It is really very very dangerous to walk on these machines and most importantly the management don’t care about the issue.
