★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machines are very old , be carefull you could heart yourself , I didn't Try the pool but looks very dirty , the whole place needs a big innovation, on the other hand I liked the running track its in the mall and you feel you are not alone like other tracks , location is very good also , my advice before making a membership ask for a free day to test the machines you are going to use , else do not waste your money ...do not get injured!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most worst fitness gym in the Middle East. There is NO towel and even water to drink. What a horrible services of the so called "PLATINUM" gym. This gym should be shut down!!! horrible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful place and worst experience ever, place is unhealthy and zero cleanliness.
Most of amenities are always out of order, Jacuzzi is always out of order.
Hot steam and sauna as well.
Pool is only permitted from 6:30 The morning to 8 am.
Shower place is full of flies, bugs and insects.
Very bad management for the gym.
In addition when i complained the customer service was very bad, careless and ignoring my follow up and at the end Rejected my concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly be aware of all the terms and conditions before taking membership. I have suffered badly, I signed up membership for 4 months and shared my card details for monthly payment plan. After 4 months they keep charging me without my approval. I contacted through phone and helpline without any result. Finally went personally to cancel and find out they are reluctant to cancel my subscription. They demanded additional one month fees.. Even though they charged me beginning of this month. It’s a fraud they are running. Very unprofessional staff, no one there to help or sort the issues. Worst experience of my life… pls stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Service is fine and the trainers are good at their jobs. The only complaint I have is that the music can be a little loud in the classes. The ellipticals and gym machines work well, but most are closed down due to COVID-19, but it's fine as there are others of the same types. Would recommend.
