I've been trying to inquire about the subscription for 3 weeks now and no responce over WhatsApp nor Instagram.
If this is how you treat a new customer, god knows how you treat an existing one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allow me to describe my one month subscription with them in few points. please note that I waited until my last week in hopes something would change but that never happened.
- first of all, they have undoubtedly THE WORST customer service EVER!
- They DO NOT allow you to take a meal on Friday even though the Resturant is open. Apparently they get to choose for you now.
- At the beginning they will tell you that all snacks are available for you but once subscribed, Ceasar Salad is off limit because it is considered a meal!
- The staff is very friendly and food is acceptable.
- did I mention that they have THE WORST ?customer service? EVER?!

* cleaned ??

* beef stick is good
* rice are awesome
Bad things;
* price is too expensive compared to the computations.
* grilled chkcn was not a good option.
* I visited them by 11:00 As Saudi timing.
Food was taste but, not fresh and meet the expectations
Btw: this is my second visit that is why I want to make sure that I am writing with justice decision.
I will not visit it anymore overall all = 66 out of 100

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a subscription with Fithouse and it’s been two weeks now I have lost 4 KG while having 4 meals a day plus snack and am enjoying the food the service is very good and I would definitely recommend it to any one looking for a healthy diet.
What I really wish they could fix is that they were very slow in the process of the subscription and there service for first timers is frustrating and I was gonna look for a substitute many times before they finally gave me and my wife the okay for subscription.
The second point is that the variety of food is very good but the variety of the breakfast menu isn’t and that’s why I make my breakfast by myself and I have signed for three meals with them .
