★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سوء إدارة عجيب من المالك ، انتظار اكثر من نصف ساعة عشان عملية استرجاع
اربع فروع لبراندات مختلفة داخل المول ومسؤولة الإسترجاع والتبديل وحده بين الفروع كلها تنتقل من فرع إلى فرع والرقم الموحد موجود بشكل وهمي لا يرد ولا يستقبل مكالمات
العتب ليس على الموظفات فهم يقومون بواجبهم قدر المستطاع أعانهم الله بل على الشركة المسؤولة عليها من الله ما تستحق
لا أنصح بالتعامل مع المعرض حتى يحترم المالك عملاءه

The blame is not on the female employees, for they do their duty as much as possible, may God help them, but on the company responsible for it by God what it deserves
I don't recommend dealing with the showroom until the owner respects his customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفات غريبين تكون الزبون الوحيد في المحل وتجي للكاشير ومعاك اغراض وهي جالسه قدامك تستخدم الجوال تلطعك دقيقه بعدها تتفضل عليك وتحاسبك
Strange female employees, you are the only customer in the shop and come to the cashier with things and she is sitting in front of you using the mobile and stabs you for a minute, then she will please you and charge you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رحت للتبديل و توجهت لكاونتر الموظفه.. قالتلي تمام.. و بعد اختيار البديل و اللي اخد مني وقت و جهد لانو ما في نمر من معظم الموديلات.. الموظفه بتقول ما الك تبديل البارحه كان اخر يوم.. طيب يا عزيزتي اوقات الناس عندكم شو؟.. ما عملتي ابسط اجراء عند التبديل الا و هو النظر في الفاتورة و تاريخها علشان اضيع وقتي و بالاخر تقول ما الك تبديل خلص موعد التبديل و النظام ما يقبل و ما بعرف شو... طيب النظام يسمحلك تتلاعبي باوقات الناس عادي؟ و الا الزبون لازم يحترم نظامك و انتي نفسك ما تحترميه؟
ماركة مظلومة بجميع فروعها في الرياض للاسف ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ محل غير واضح في سياسته و غير متعاون ، عند شرائك لقطعه لا يتم إخبارك إرجاعها بعد يوم واحد اذا كانت تخفيض ، و حتى عند طلب فاتورة للرجوع للشراء في يوم آخر يرفض !!!!
هذا ثاني موقف معي في هذا المحل ، آخر مره أتعامل معهم
A store that is not clear in its policy and is not cooperative, when you buy a piece, you are not told to return it after one day if it is a discount, and even when you request an invoice to return to purchase on another day, it refuses!!!!
This is my second time in this shop, the last time I deal with them
