★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont want to give any star, No words to say. No customer service at all.
After discussing with fetcher agent, i have tried to find the Riyadh, Fetchr (only branch) to pick my courier by myself.
I had find the Zajil warehouse where fetchr representative should be there, but i didnt find any fetchr, even the Zajil staff dont know about fetchr whereabouts.
Finally i was able to find a Zajil Supervisor and I have to request to pass my request to fetchr representative.
Anyone can imagine the level of service that fetchr provides in Riyadh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What company which don't answer customer calls? Keeping on calling them since morning till evening. Their number always on answer later "We are not around, please call us later". Come on this happening in day working hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have order one mobile j7 prime but it's not functioning I inform to fitcher warehouses as well from Facebook too but till now they will not contact me for replace. That mean I deposite my money for waste bucket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever. Don't even think about dealing with them. I placed two shopping orders online at the same day.
The first one shipped from Riyadh, where I stay, and was supposed to be delivered through fetchr on the next day. Unfortunately, until the time of writing this review (7 days later), I haven't received it. Each day I receive an SMS stating that the driver attempted to deliver my package, but no one has been calling me. Not to mention that customer support are not answering my calls at all.
The other shipment was dispatched from Hong Kong, through a different courier. Ironically, it arrived before the one dispatched from Riyadh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever ! Tried them twice and they keep delaying the shipment for at least a week or 2 without any excuses. I would travel to pick up the package and do some tourist sightseeing, get back home and yet it’s still much faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery driver is rude. He cannot wait only 5-10mins because im not available on location. I said wait. He said no. He told me he is busy and dont disturb him.. i send him my location 5 minutes away from my location which i send to him. He told he come. I waited him 45 minutes but he didnt come. He sent me voice message.he said dont disturb him. He is busy.. im customer. I paid cash online the items. Must make disciplinary action to this guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fetchr driver Nisar told me to go out (to pick the order) so I did coz I thought hes there. Then he told me 8 minutes when Im waiting outside in the heat so I told him to tell me then when he will come to let me know, then I will go outside.
This was his response.:
U don't till me come now I told u if u r in same lucation I come now u don't till come or not come ok
Rude person who doesn’t respect people and is bossy to women.
I hope I dont have to deal with this company anymore.
