★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rooms..Clean sheets..Lighting was good...But bathrooms were bad..Shower water was coming to rooms.....No exhaust fan..We changed one room because AC was not working ..Staff was friendly..But the had no clue on what's going on in the city..For example all cable car places this time were closed but they didnot know...Our trip to abha was wasted...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, it's maintained property. Feels like new, all facilities. Proper parking. Outdoor seating. Reception guys welcoming. Value for money. Good location - food & site seeing nearby. Neat and clean. Adjacent petrol station has Bakala, coffee shop, and Bufiya. Some rooms has shower curtains and some not so water spills on bathroom floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being two star hotel , it offers 5 star hotels service quality ! Clean rooms, basic breakfast to the room ( due to pandemic restrictions), staff is very friendly and helpful. Large free parking zone. Nice terrace (needs refurbish yet lovely panorama of surrounding). Kettle and tea supplies ,bathroom toiletries are available. Staff speaks Arabic / Urdu and basic English. Nice location : quick reach both to mountains and to city centre. Nearby are Petrol station, coffee booth. would love to come back there!!!!nse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for two nights, customers service were very helpful and friendly (Mr. Ahmed), room was okay, location was perfect if you want to cover alsowad area, we had the gas station and groceries next to us.
They need to improve their breakfast.
