★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They truly are a completely incompetent delivery company. Unfortunately my shipment came via FedEx. Please avoid doing business with them and save yourself from the misery of having to deal with this truly inept company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my shipment from out side of KSA as scheduled and before 5 hours of the dead line,they have effective tracking website and i paid 24 SAR on delivery but this is excellent service for me, Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are helpful but still enable to resolve my issue and answer my questions, although I provided all requirements many times, they told me we’ll discus with supervisor but nobody gave me satisfying feedback until I received a notification telling me that my shipment is going back to the shipper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You call this a FedEx Warehouse? This is embarrassing. The building looks nothing like how a world renowned company's building should look like. I saw no difference between it and the other unknown warehouses surrounding it. Moreover, what's inside is worse. These workers are completely inept. With most of them not even wearing a mask properly. The whole place is a warzone; chaos is everywhere. It is not organized by any means of the word. The packages are thrown onto the ground in what seems to be random order. When I asked the worker when will these shipments get organized he completely ignored my question, which leads me to believe that they don't organize them. They could not find my shipment which was already 4 days late. I waited for about 40 minutes for them to search for it. They had only one incompetent worker searching for it while the rest stood there doing absolutely nothing, and he was also just standing there doing nothing most of the time. On top of all that the air conditioning is abysmal, so don't expect any heat-affected perishable items to survive here. Never using this company again.
