خدمة العملاء كان ردها و تعاملها في غاية الرقي و قد تعاملت المهنية، و أنا الآن أعطيها خمس نجوم و انا مطمئن... شكرا جزيلا..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرت المحل الموظفه استقبالها جداً لبق ومحترم من اجل تصغير خاتم اشتريته من عندهم لكن تم تصغيره مسبقاً وذهب ختم المحل بعد عدة ايام يتصلون يخبروني انه جاهز نذهب لستلام الخاتم نكتشف ان تم رفض عمل التعديل على الخاتم مع انهم حددوا مبلغ من اجل التعديل على الفاتوره كان بأمكانهم التأكد بالهاتف لكن السياسه سيئه
