Misunderstanding happens, but the receptionist was very aggressive towards the situation and defensive. He wasted my time, didn't deliver the work and instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, he insulted me for being angry. Of course, I went to other place just next door and got the work done on spot. I am sorry that this incident at this place by an expatriate worker makes beautiful city of Riyadh less attractive. I do not recommend this place.
