i just want to share my experience with Farza Opticals here in Jizan, Last night around 9pm we went to their shop to check about reading glasses, they have entertain us (me and my wife)and even check the eye gradation for lens, i selected the frame, and they charged me 450sr for the reading glass with my medical insurance card already deducted. Today morning at around 9 am, i went back to their shop to cancell my order for the frame and brought my old frame with me to only to change the lenses....i ask them nicely but the personnel already told me that they cannot do that since my lenses are already done....i told them that i will pay for the lenses if this is the case but i will return the frame...still they refuse and told me even if i send my complain to wuzarat tijara they will not accept. anyway, this is suppose to be not the case since they know that the government also protect the rights of the consumer.
