★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من سيء لاسوء تعامل سيء والهاتف تتصل الموظف للاسف كان طاق باب بيته ،يتكلم يرفع صوته عليك اول مايرد يتكلم مع اللي جنبه ضحك وسواليف!! رسالة للدكتور بدر الطليحي وايضا للدكتور بندر القناوي ! التفتوا لمعاناة المراجعين خصوصا في هاتف المواعيد!! معاناه ! المتصل مريض اما امرأة كبيرة بالسن او رجل كبير بالسن لديه مراجعة مع الطبيب ،اما مريض ضغط او سكر او مرمض مزمن والموظف يرفع صوته روح للتطبيق والحجز يبدا من الساعه 5.30 الصباح!! طيب هذا وقت صلاة وليس وقت دوام رسمي للجهات الحكومية!! الرد وش اسوي لك!!
الخدمة سيئة مع الاسف من بعض موظفيكم!! اتمنى ان يتصل احد من المسؤولين بكم ليسمع الاتصال!! رسالة الى سمو وزير الحرس اتمنى ان ياخذ جوله في العيادات يستمع للمراجعين فسيجد العجب العجاب!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان لا اباس بس يضغطون ع الاشخاص الي من خارج الرياض وخاصه كبار السن يقعد كل شهر رايح جاي من جنوب الى الرياض يتعب وهو جالس ما بالك وهو يسوق وارهاق الطريق جاي يتعالج ولا جاي يمرض اكثر .. ونتصل فوق ذالك محد يرد ماني داق اشحذ منه داق اسال عن حاله والبعض يرد من راس خشمه وش قلت الاحترام ذي
