★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شاليه فاشل جداً جداً التعامل سئ انا كنت محوله له مبلغ وجو حريم ومعهم اطفال قبل جيتي للشاليه وكلمت راعي الشاليه طلبت منه يدخلهم حرام يقعدون برا بالحر وهم صايمات وسبب رفضه تافه يقول لازم تعطيني كامل المبلغ والتأمين مع العلم مو اول مره اروح شاليه ياما حجزت بشاليهات افخم وأشخاص راقين في تعاملهم وبدون ما اذكر اسماء عشان ماتقولون هذي تعلن لكن المفروض يستحي على دمه انه مخلي حريم وأطفال بالشارع يوم كلمته قلتله بس ٢٠ دقيقه وأكون عندك دخلهم الشاليه ورفض بالله هذا تعامل هذا غير اسلوبه الزفت معاي

وصار التماس ربي رحمنا عيالي على طول طلعو من المسبح فقط جت ابنتي نفضه بس ربي سلم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان حلو وجميل لكن سوء الاستقبال من قبل موظف سوء التعامل ، لي يومين اتصل على الموظف ابي احجز مايرد اكلمه واتس اب مايرد الا بعد ساعات يكلمك من طرف خشمه للامانه هذي اخر مره اجي هذا الشاليه انا مابي ترحيب من الموظف لكن ابي تعامل جيد وخدمة جيده عالاقل تغني عن المكان الجميل ??ارجوا لكم التوفيق

المسبح يحتاج إلى إصلاح وتغيير البلاط وتنظيف مع وضع ماده الكلور
أبواب الحمامات لا تقفل جيدا وليس بها إقفال حيث انها مهترءة اقترح تغيير الأبواب الخشبيه بالالومنيوم
الاثات قديم ويحتاج إلى تغيير
