★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان سيئ جداً نظافة سيئة كذالك موظيفين غير مهتمين السعر مبالغ فيه والغرف ماتستاهل هاذا السعر لانظافة ولا اثاث ورائحة سيئة جداً .
 Very bad place, bad cleanliness, employees are not interested, the price is exaggerated and the rooms are not worth this price because of the cleanliness, no furniture and a very bad smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق الفندقيه مجددة الاثاث نظيف و جديد و تم تجديد دهان الجدار لكن الحمامات غير مجددة فكرسي الحمام قديم و هناك بعض الشقق كرسي الحمام فيها صغير جدا مثل المستخدم في حمامات الاطفال و افياش الكهرباء من الشكل القديم الثنائي الذي لم يعد يوافق الاجهزة الحديثة لم يتم تجديد افياش الكهرباء لذلك هيا غير مفيدة بالرغم من كثرتها و يتم تعويض ذلك باعطائك محول لكن من النوع الغير عملي كما لم يتم الاهتمام ببعض التفاصيل الصغيرة و المهمة جدا مثل علاقات الملابس في الحمام و طاولات الخدمة و صغرها بالنسبة لمساحة الغرفة كمان ان هناك مشكلة في ميول الحمامات مما يسبب تراكم الماء في الارضيات او خروجها إلى خارج الحمام عند دخول الشقة يبهرك شكل الدهان النظيف و الاثاث الجديد لكن عند التدقيق تجد ان البنية التحتية من حمام و افياش و مطبخ و مكيفات قديمة او تالفة و لم يتم صيانتها اما لا تعمل او تسرب صوت المكيف جدا عالي لذلك يجب التدقيق جيدا في كل التفاصيل تعامل الموظفين المصري إلى في الاستقبال مؤدب و خدوم بس و البقية لا سوء تعامل تطلب منه شي ما يتحرك يناظر فيك ولا يرد عليك و اذا جابلك مناديل ولا منشفة يجيبها من غير نفس و بعد ما تطلبها كم مرة معظم الوقت جالسين تحت الدرج و ما يبو يتحركو ابد

The clean paint and new furniture form amazes you, but upon checking you find that the infrastructure of the bathroom, furniture, kitchen and air conditioners is old or damaged and was not maintained, either it does not work or the sound of the air conditioner is leaking too High, therefore, it is necessary to carefully check all the details. The Egyptian employees dealt to the reception polite and services, but the rest is no mistreatment. You ask him for something that moves and corresponds to you and does not respond to you.
