شقق ارضيه بمسابح و علوية بمطل و غرف اكثر.
المواقف متوفرة.
يعيب الشقق ان الاطلالات غير جيدة بسبب الجدران المرتفعه وعلى احياء قديمة.
لا توجد ملاهي اطفال و الارصفة مرتفعه.
الاسعار جدا معقولة بغير الذروة.
The site has been renewed and developed.
Ground apartments with swimming pools and upper rooms with a view and more rooms.
Parking is available.
The disadvantage of the apartments is that the views are not good because of the high walls and the old neighborhoods.
There are no children's amusement parks and the sidewalks are high.
Prices are very reasonable, not over the top.

The location is great and beautiful, the prices are special and appropriate, there are chalets, monthly and daily rent, a beautiful and clean place and new furniture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كان المكان جميل ونظيف ومرتب لا يوجد غسالة ملابس ولا أواني للمطبخ اخذت شقه فيها مسبح وغرفتين نوم ومطبخ وحمام ب 500 ريال وفيه شقق من غير مسبح فيها حوش فقط ب400 ريال مكان جميل وقريب من الخدمات .
The place was nice, clean and tidy. There is no washing machine or kitchen utensils. I took an apartment with a swimming pool, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom for 500 riyals, and there are apartments without a swimming pool with monsters for only 400 riyals, a beautiful place and close to services.

والله العظيم م ذكرت الا الحق اللي بمحايل لا يتعدا هالمجمع انا لي بمحايل 4 شهور وجربت اكثر الفنادق
مالقيت مثل هالمجمع نظافة وتعامل وسعر و اطلاله وهدوء وفوق هذا كله رضاء العميل عندهم غايتهم واشكر القايمين على هالمجمع واخص شكري للاستاذ حسن الاسمري قمة ف الاخلاق والتعامل ماشاء الله تبارك الله عليه .
ي اهل محايل لا احد يتعداء هالمجمع اهنيكم عليه والله
