★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل ممتاز وراقي عشان تشتري كعادة الكثير لاكن كخدمة مابعد البيع ماعندهم سالفة، فصلت نظارتين طبية وقالوا راح تجهز من ٣ ل ٥ ايام.
الان كملت ١٠ ايام وكل ما نتصل مافي رد واضح مره في المستودع مره المعمل لسه ماجاب القزاز وخذ لك تصريف.
عموما اول واخر مره نمر من هنا....
Excellent and elegant treatment to buy as usual, but as an after-sales service, they do not have the above, I separated two eyeglasses and they said they will be ready in 3-5 days.
Now 10 days have passed, and every time we call, there is no clear response.
In general, this is the first and last time we pass here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Hayat mall branch at 24th of may at 9:00pm.
The ophthalmic medical practitioner has a very professional attitude, great service and helpful and resourceful.
However, the other salesperson was a bit clingy and didn’t move away from me even after I specifically asked her to.
She also made a very disturbing comment about how I look with one of the glasses, I know she was trying to convince me to buy but it just came out flirty and disgusting.
I truly recommend enrolling the salespersons to a training program before placing them in the store. but the clinician was very professional and helpful.
