Came to change a charger from the warranty and they made me wait for 48 hours.
Terrible customer care.
Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited them, and requested to get some product from the bench, the employee went like 2 mins and back to me and said "The lady in the warehouse didn't find it". Then, on the same visit, I requested another product in the coffee machine section, he (the same and the only employee) looked at the product like 2 minutes then said "you know Ramadan and we're fasting....!!!". I told him, OK I am getting them from SACO next door. I don't know why the employee didn't want to go and ask the lady in the warehouse! or even go and check by himself.. WHY YOU HAVE OFF STOCK PRODUCTS ON THE BENCH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big and wide place with very little options! That’s not what I expected when I went shopping for iPhone and it’s accessories. Prices were not competing neither. I also searched for huawei watch, and found about 4 or 5 options, no accessories. When I walked around the store looking for electric oven, found anonymous trademarks. I’m a bit frustrated
