★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع جيد جدآ والمحتويات جيده والنظافه جيده وعدد العمال جيد ولاكن يوجد بعض النواقص النوعية والاسعار في ارتفاع .
 A very good location, good contents, good hygiene, good number of workers, but there are some qualitative deficiencies and prices are on the rise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف زُرتُها مرّاتٍ كثيرة ، وهناك ملحوظات على المكتبة ، منها :
١- أسعارهم مرتفعة جدًّا جدًّا .
٢- بعض الأشياء المهمة لا توجَد عندهم .
٣- العامِلون فيها - بدون استثناء - تعامُلُهم سيِّئ وأخلاقُهم لا تصلح للتعامل مع المشتري ، بل تجِدُهم مُعَبِّسين ولا يبتسمون ، بل ولا يتكلمون مع المشتري إلا وهُم كارِهون ، وكأنّ المشتري جاء ليَسألَهم صدقات !!
أعوذ بالله من هذه الأخلاق ومن ذلك التعامل ?
ما يستاهلون ولا نجمةً واحدة ، النجمة الواحدة كثيرة عليهم ، ولكني سأعطيهم إياها لكي أتمكن من نشر ملحوظاتي !!
Unfortunately, I visited it many times, and there are notes on the library, including:
1- Their prices are very, very high.
2- Some important things they do not have.
3- Those who work in it - without exception - have bad treatment and their morals are not suitable for dealing with the buyer, rather you find them frown and not smiling, and they do not even talk to the buyer except when they are hated, as if the buyer came to ask them for alms!!
I seek refuge in Allah from these manners and from that dealing
They do not deserve one star, one star is too many for them, but I will give it to them so that I can publish my notes!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وتبقى افضل مكتبه تعاملت معاها بحياتي كله تعامل موظفين حلو سريعين تطلبهم اي شي يلبونه لك الشيخ عمر الشخص هذا لو بيدي شي بعطيه كل شي يستاهل صراحه ماقصر معي فك علي ازمه كثير من ناحيه طباعه اي شي اطلبه مايرفص وكمان الموظفين الباقين جداً مميزين صراحه ياليت تحتفظوا فيهم افضل مكتبه في حي العوالي بشكل عام والله ما اروح لغيرهم يمين بالله مكتبه ولا في الاروع حسيت انه مكاني ثاني يعني اي شي ابيه اخذه منهم اكلمهم يجهزون على طول يجهزون صارت عاده اني اروح لهم شبه يومي
And it remains the best library I have dealt with in my entire life. It treats sweet, quick employees who ask them for anything they ask for you. Sheikh Omar. This person. If I have anything to give him, I will give him everything worth frankly. He is not short with me. I have a lot of trouble in terms of printing. Anything I ask for is not acceptable. The best office is in the Al-Awali neighborhood in general, I swear to God, I do not go to others. I swear to God his office, nor is it the best. I felt that it was my second place. I mean anything I wanted to take from them.
