- صالة رياضه صغيره ..
-مسبح خارجي ..
-مسبح داخلي ..
-جاكوزي ..
-مسبح علاجي الماني (تدفعي ١١٥ ) زياده إذا كنتي مقيمه بالفندق فقط ..!!
حاولت احجز مساج او تنظيف بشره فل لان لايوجد غير اخصائيه وحده .. ❌

المسبح الداخلي والجاكوزي وأيضا الالماني مليان كلووور مااقدر ابدا اجلس فيه مع العلم المويه داخل دافيه .❌.

It is located inside the Hyatt Park Hotel in Jeddah..
_ Entry through the hotel .. If you book in the hotel for the night, the entry to the spa is free..
_ The second option, you pay an amount of 632 riyals for the whole day..
Resort entry:
A small gym.
Outdoor pool...
-Indoor swimming pool ..
- Jacuzzi...
- German therapeutic swimming pool (you pay 115) an extra if you are staying in the hotel only..!!
I tried to book a massage or skin cleaning, because there is only a specialist alone.. ❌

The indoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi, as well as the German one, are full of colors.

I don’t recommend to take whole package as they can missed up one or two of your paid services.
The staff who worked in the SPa are good except receptionist.
I like message and scrub most.
I wanted to give them 5 starts. But They missed up one of my service despite I paid for it. I spoke to reception but she did nothing. I deserve a compensation for service that was not done …but nothing happened. I called many times
I hope one of admin replied to this complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an old customer and I love this place however my last visit was very disappointing firstly because I booked with a massage therapist but she was late and another therapist took her place which is unprofessional and her massage wasn't bad but not the best and then I had my complementary nail treatment and she clearly didn't know what she was doing you can see from the photo , my finger started bleeding right after leaving and when I complained to the reception their response wasn't satisfactory they seemed uninterested and she even instructed me not to mention the nail treatment in the complaint letter. I think their services deteriorated after COVD19. Unfortunately it will be my last visit.
In response to your reply : I have already filed a complaint in th spa and have written all of my personal details but nothing happened.

The shampoo and conditioner they offer are low quality too harsh .
They have no maintenance
The bathrooms are dirty with insects , the water pressure in the showers is low
The sauna and steam were under maintenance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s expensive but it worth it as the facilities are always available to use and only few people there due to high price and that’s the point that I like! I have tried many gyms throughout the years and this is the best so far. I give 4 stars because it needs to be updated in some area but that won’t affect the workout
