★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really elegant, safe and well maintained building. The rooftop garden is amazing, it has BBQ sets, fountains, a gym and free coffee for the tenant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are brand new flats. All 2 bedrooms I think. Very small but made to a high standard. Definitely suitable for single /couples and maybe those with a baby / small child.
There is a mosque and a nice small park directly opposite. Many shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance (Panda is only a 10 mins walk)
This apartment has a beautiful landscape rooftop and a very small gym but all brands new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury modern building in the middle of Riyadh city very clean super security served 24 seven with maintenance they have an amazing space on the top roof garden there is a kitchen with free of charge coffee tea water for residents only and they have a gym fully equipped. If you need any help related to leasing at this building speak to Abdulla very polite, helpful and fast action
