All the salon staff are amazing. I recommend to visit them and enjoy their services.

Last time we attended our appointment on time and had to wait 35 mins for the stylist to show up & we didn’t complain!! Today i attended my nail appointment exactly 15 mins late because of traffic and it says on the confirmation msg it is the max late duration,, but i was surprised they already took another client in and it obviously was a while before i came!! When i asked why since i’m not that late and explained the situation she looked at her phone and said “see it’s 17 mins now you’re too late were we supposed to just not take the client or cancel her session?” with an attitude , like we already were talking for a minute!! She also said i’d have to wait 40 mins at least and obviously online appointments don’t mean a thing to them since they take any client who comes before contacting you! The nail service i was looking for was not what they provided anyway so just waisted my time.. but i’ll probably find another salon to regulate just cause of the attitude today!
T	Tamara alabbadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new in Riyadh, I googled beauty saloon in Olaya and I got many options to choose from, I saw bad reviews on other salons unfortunately, it captured my interest that’s over 80% of reviews at Eugenie Salon were positive so decided to give it a try, it is definitely worth visiting, very clean, beautiful interior, lovely staff and welcoming, Kathy did my hair, she is friendly professionally and experienced. I was very happy with the result and definitely will go back to do my hair and try their treatments. Thank you Eugénie Beauty Salon

I’m very delighted by the salon’s design, decor, facilities, services and their lovely staff from the front desk till the main recipients. Special thanks to Katy who did my hair cut and to Joy who did the Eugénie body & manicure. I’m very please from A to Z. I wish if the owner of this salon Mrs. Zahrani can open another branch in Dammam with same level.

Had a great experience with Ms. Malak. She told me my skin issues and was super gentle yet thorough with my skin . Their customer service is amazing . I usually have a hard time communicating as I find mostly the one answering is Arabic speaking . But Ms. Fatimah was fluent in English , so that’s a plus . Will definitely recommend this place if u r looking for a good facial place .
