★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ask me what's so special about "Zamil Residential Tower" or "Etlal Tower" (in Arabic means the tower with a view), are a few things, unique architecture. All unit has a direct view to "Cairo Square" then at the upper levels to all of Riyadh. It has thousands of m2 of gardens on almost all floors, public and private, and it has swimming pools both private and public, recreational floors 3 of them, plenty of unit types that match all tenants' requirements, then the location right at the heart of Riyadh.
But what about the architecture? It represents what's known in KSA with the "Salmanian Architecture" In short words, it represents the contemporary Arabic architectural style, using local materials, maintaining the concept of a te courtyard, privacy, and self-sustained building, simply it has an identity, personality, and heritage…….Simply it belongs to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
