Known as Kuwaiti buildings.
Build basically for military officers by a Frensh company, military did not like, kept empty till gulf war at 1991 where Kuwaiti people outflux to KSA, gov. gave it to them to use. After thing restored gov. distributed to normal population. Who either used or sold it.
Now, became wanted a lot and prices rsised up because of location and wide rooms of its apts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuwaiti eskan occupied in the early 90s is a very popular community of families from various nationalities who either bought the flats or rented them. The flats are huge from today's standard.
The best part of living here is the access to food that is delivered to your doorstep almost immediately.
The park below recently renovated is a magnet for children to gather in the evenings and elderly walking about. It's an oasis in the middle of the city.
There is a huge masjid in the center that is a blessing especially during Ramadan and jummah.
The Hygiene of the compound could be improved though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live . The homes are spacious with all other amenities. There are parks inside but the compound is not gated. Many stores providing grocery, salon, etc are available inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great compound to live at. There are many facilities in walkable distance. It has one basketball court and a football ground. Apart from the playing area , it also has a jogging area and a park view with grass for small gatherings. It has many swings and slides for small children which makes it ideal for the families to have a small outting. There are 2 mosques located at the start and end of this compound which makes it accessible for both the sides to choose which mosque is near. The jummah prayer is perfomed at the bigger mosque. There is adequate parking for the visitors which is an added benefit and makes the area less congested.
