Receptionists are not as good as the rest of the experience. After two years of being their client, I think its over. There is always better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular for more than a year, yesterday the one who did massage for me when he was doing my neck his hand smells so so so bad very bad hygiene, i didn’t complete the session and i told the receptionist and he told me customer service will contact u , till now no one contacted me and i didnt get a refund . Anyway this was my last visit to them never going back again .

I would like to recommend as well a very good massage gentlemen who’s not just clean, experienced and polite but also so professional, supportive and wont leave you until you feel relax and happy. This gentleman is the “KING” of massage!

One this I noticed the staff were in rush all the time, making me uncomfortable. I was there for relaxing & they seems tense all the time.
I was sitting in the relaxing room & the front desk guy showed up & ask me to do the massage session, I told him I need more 5 mins to relax & breath, he was upset about my response, and responded that they have another costumers while there is no one in the spa except me ?! Overall good but I won’t do it again
