اولا. الهاتف الموجود في الخرائط غير صحيح
ثانيا الخدمه جدا سيئة تم استلام الكاويه و افاد الموظف انه تحتاج ١٤ يوم للصيانه و بعد ١٤ يوم يتم الاتصال عليهم لا يوجد رد و تم محاولة التواصل عبر الدردشه المباشره في الموقع و نفس الشي لا يوجد رد تم عمل شكوى لوزاره التجاره و تم الاتصال عليا من قسم الصيانه افادو انه لا يمكن اصلاحها و سيتم التعويض بوحده جديده تم الذهاب لهم ااعطوني فاوتشر لاستلام مكوى جديده بنفس الموديل
من ساكو في ايه مول تم الذهاب لهم افادو ان الموديل منتهي راجع قسم الصيانه لتغييره بافضل و تم الذهاب لقسم الصيانه غيرو الفاوتشر لمديل اقل تكلفه و تم الذهاب لساكو لاستلامه في الحقيقه نجمة كتير عليهم و تم استلام الكاويه لان سعر البنزين المصروف صار اعلى من سعر الكاويه و تم ارسال رساله في الخرائط لمركزهم في دبي بالتواصل معهم تم ارسال كافة التفاصيل بالواتس و لا احد رد على الرساله من شهر تقريبا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately very slow service due to lack of employees. I suggest to increase number of employees and ask them not to waete customer's time by asking alot of questions on each and every machine. Brief questions are fine, but detailed are of no use and honestly waste of time. Thanks ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I ever received. The man asked me to write down my email and number and then typed them wrong in the system. He said it cannot be edited once the request is processed. I went back 4 times to check up on the laptop and they didn’t find the missing pieces. Not to mention they gave me a price for fixing the laptop that is more expensive than buying the same laptop again. Such a bad service. They should not be the official insurance and maintenance for such big companies.
