After that they don't accept any wrongdoing, have very dismissive attitude and got me to wait for 2 hours to correct their mistake. Your money isn't safe in their hand so ask for receipt for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing here is the self service machine. Some of the staffs don’t know about costumer care. I was asking a question on the teller but he just rudely replied me. I was embarrassed because i was asking him politely. I’d never experienced it on the other branch. It’s just sad.
