New inexperienced male Saudi workers are trying to force women to remove their Niqab in public to "confirm their identity". This is a controversial matter in western countries, where Islam is not the predominant religion. It's definitely illegal for a male western union worker, who is not a part of any government agency to make such demands, in Saudi Arabia. They don't have the right, unless there is a specific Saudi Law that all customers at banks and other venues must remove their Niqab to confirm their identity. The teller at one branch even wanted to keep the iqama of a woman refusing to remove her Niqab in public. He was not a government official, he was just a western union worker. New inexperienced male Saudi workers who have such suspicions and the audacity to keep a woman's iqama and hide behind glass & locked doors because they want to force a Muslim woman to remove her Niqab in public, should also be willing to stop their job and call the police right away. The western union workers are basically nothing. Their job is to send the money, only. The police must handle things like identity theft and terrorism. I, myself, am not a Muslim. I hope all my Muslim sisters don't comply with these fake rules that these new inexperienced male Saudi workers are trying to make in this country. Remember that they are only western union tellers, nothing more. They don't have the right, simply put.

The branch working hours 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Every day (only Friday off) Some advices: - First 10 days in the month and last 5 days are the most crowded . Try to make your transactions in the middle of the month. - Opening account in Albilad bank by online is easier than before and you can make all your transactions on Albilad app include sending via western union. - you are required an ID or Iqama and it should be active not expired to open an membership in enjaz. - The name in your iqama should be complete the same in arabic and english with out short names. - If you are already have membership with Enjaz you may require an update by customer service (in enjaz brunch) when you renew your iqama from jawazat or via absher .

Can i give 0 ⭐️. Pooooooorest service ever at its finest!!! Out of 4 available counter only 2 are functioning and they had the slooooooooowest than the turtle kind of service to the customer. They should take note and consider to add more staff during peak days/hours (Salary time) as specific point to have smooth flow of service to attain the satisfaction of the customer.

My Experience on this branch is not that great... There's only one teller processing the transaction. There's no KIOSK Machine to let people choice how they can transfer money.. Teller or Machine.. which cause too much delay on other people. Please put machine in every branch to make it easier sending money.
