تتمثل فكرة المشروع في إنشاء منظومة تسجيل لإصدار شهادات التصديق الرقمي (من خلال شركة BTC)، هذه الشهادات سيستفيد بها كثير من الشركات والمؤسسات والأفراد (العملاء) للتحقق من التوقيعات الإلكترونية بعد استعمالها في تشفير البيانات والتوقيع علي أي وثائق الكترونية أو أي عملية تجاريه إلكترونية باستخدام الحاسب الآلي أو الجوال . وتمكّن هذه المنظومة المتعاملين عن طريق شبكة الإنترنت بمختلف فئاتهم (أفراد ، أعمال) من إجراء مختلف العمليات الإلكترونية بسرية وموثوقية وسلامة تامة.
ويستطيع أي شخص حصل على هذه الشهادة (الموثقة من الجهة الحكومية - المركز الوطني للتصديق الرقمي في السعودية)، ان يرسل أي رساله او يقوم باي تعامل تجاري او حكومي و يستطيع الطرف الأخر التعرف علي صاحب الرسالة ويستطيع أيضا فك تشفير الرسالة مع العلم ان الطرف المرسل لا يستطيع إنكار التوقيع الذي قام به، ويعتبر هذا التوقيع معترف به ًقانونيا.
 Service description:
The idea of the project is to create a registration system to issue digital certification certificates (through the BTC company). These certificates will be used by many companies, institutions and individuals (clients) to verify electronic signatures after using them in encrypting data and signing any electronic documents or any electronic commercial process using Computer or mobile. This system enables all kinds of internet dealers (individuals, businesses) to conduct various electronic operations with complete confidentiality, reliability and safety.
Anyone who has obtained this certificate (authenticated by the government agency - the National Center for Digital Certification in Saudi Arabia) can send any message or perform any commercial or government dealings, and the other party can identify the owner of the message and can also decrypt the message, knowing that the sender is He cannot deny the signature he made, and this signature is considered legally recognized.
