★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s very difficult to contact through provide numbers. It always busy. What's the shame, still they are following out dated system. All invoices issuing through carbon paper book. can you imaging, if 100 customer are there and how-long it will take. compare with other embassies we are in 1980. Reception doesn't know how to answer phone politely and this kind of job required good communication skill. I believed, He or She must be one of key person for the diplomatic service.

Those people working in side the embassy
Passport section ,and birth certificate section
There are Very hospitable, and there patient ,
What ever we have question there is clear answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 out of 10 for service. Came to the embassy for the third time waiting for 3 hours plus just to talk to the person responsible and still no show. The rest of the office staff are clueless to when he would show up which is strange.
And There is no ticketing system people just pile on. Poor 90’s system still in effect.
