I am very sad because the Lebanese lady was very rude to people it is summer in ryadh it is very hot 43 degrees she was asking people to wait in the sun even elderly and ladies she was talking in a racist way people. I always visit Portugal the citizen of this country are very polite and nice people this lady is giving very very bad impression in the name of the embassy. I met at the end senõra Maria she was very kind real Portuguese hospitality I hope that somebody will train this Lebanese lady how to treat humans

Terrible, very terrible, im going to press charges against this embassy, they have ruined my future, they have ruined my master degree studies, my application was complete, i had 2 invitation and supporting letters from the institution in Portugal and my university that is based elsewhere, i had an invitation letter from the accommodation in Portugal which was fully paid!, i have spent 30000 Swiss Francs for my masters course and I couldn’t complete it because the embassy of Portugal in Saudi Arabia refused to let me travel and pursue my academic career, i will definitely be pressing charges as the embassy is not responsive and the receptionist lady or whoever picks the phone at the embassy is so so so rude and uncooperative , I’m devastated with my experience with the portugal embassy in Saudi Arabia and will never ever let this pass!

The people were polite. I was there early and they took my request at the time of my arrival even though I was supposed to wait. The only down side is that because of worker strikes in Portugal my documents will be delayed.

Absolutely terrible experience. The worst experience ever. I went to legalise papers. The girl at the reception took the paper and she didn’t tell me how much it will cost. and when I asked when the papers will be ready. The answer “I don’t know” I asked if there is any phone number or email that I can contact so I know when the papers will be ready so I can come and pick it. The answer was “ no one will answer you so it is better you come and check” really?!!!!!!!! Then I came to pick the paper. She told me the cost so I had to go to the ATM machine and come back to pay. What a terrible experience over all.
