★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst maintenance ever - it is not Emaar’s standard so don’t get fooled! I have several issues in my apartment (bad smell from bathroom, leaking AC, loud AC)... no response, when requested maintenance no one shows up. I regret moving to this place.
