★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative: I found the real hotel is not the same as the pictures that they have provided. It is very disappointing and it put me down. It smells like ****** every where, it seems very old which is not the same appearance in booking website..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elite suites is located in the middle of the city very ideal location to travel through the main roads reaching to airport and other significant places in the City neat and well maintained beautiful interiors with the outdoor sitting under air cooler you will find the small coffee shop at the receiving area with small nibbles and snacks available round the clock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: A good location and very good value for money. Apartments are large and with a kitchen.. Negative: Guests must be usually smoking in rooms, so the smell stays, which is difficult to adjust to for European travellers now used to non-smoking hotels. Shower was not always running perfectly. Some finishing work in the rooms could be done, some tiles missing, etc. But it's cheap..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: This facility has a very good location , all main roads are accessible like the airport, King Fahad road and Northern Ring road . A lot of malls and restaurants around. Parking either basement or outdoor all available.. Negative: WiFi was not good as expected , I had to use an alternative one because I had to access many online meetings which obviously need high speed internet. Inside doors and bathroom need to be repaired !.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - The room we stayed at was not clean at all. There are stains all over the carpets, couches and even on the beds sheets and the pillow cover.
- The mattresses are uncomfortable to sleep on.
