★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للامانه : اخذت من عندهم الفرن و المكرويف و السطحه .. المكرويف و السطحه برفكت .. الفرن الكهربا : يتعطل اما يطفي فجأه او الحدايد الداخليه بالفرن اللي تمده بالحراره تنعوج بشكل غريب !
الامر الاخر : مبلغ الصيانه مبالغ فيه جداً ، لماذا ادفع قرابة 200 واكثر لمجرد زيارة الفني دون قطاع الغيار !!! اتمنى ايجاد حل لمبلغ الصيانه ارضاءً للزبون و لسمعة الشركة
 To be honest: I took from them the oven, the microwave, and the countertop.. the microwave and the perfect surface.. The electric furnace: it malfunctions. Either it turns off suddenly, or the iron inside of the oven that supplies it with heat is strangely sour!
The other thing: the amount of maintenance is very exaggerated, why do I pay about 200 and more just to visit the technician without the spare sector!!! I hope to find a solution for the amount of maintenance to satisfy the customer and the reputation of the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو يمديني احط اقل من نجمة حطيت ، اشتريت من عندهم غسالة صحون وجلست اسبوعين بس علشان يجيبونها ، هذا وهم قبل لا ادفع يقولون راح توصلك على طول ، هذا من غير انهم بلكوا رقمي لاني اتصلت عليهم مرتين اسألهم متى يجون ، الاجهزة عندهم محترمة لكن التعامل معاهم يكرهك في الجهاز
