★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سلمت الطابعة للصيانة بتاريخ 26-11-2019 واستلمتها اليوم 2-1-2020 يعني شهر وزيادة .. ظنيت أنه حالة خاصة بي لظروف معينة ، ولكن يوم قريت التعليقات عرفت أن الموضوع متكرر ..
وفوق هذا يتصلون علي يقولون جب حبر عشان نجرب الطابعة بعد إصلاحها مع أني حاطها وكان فيها حبر !
I delivered the printer for maintenance on 11/26/2019 and received it today 2-1-2020, which means one month and more .. I thought it was my case for certain circumstances, but on the day I read the comments I knew that the topic was repeated ..
And on top of that they call me saying they need ink so we can try the printer after fixing it even though I surrounded it and it had ink!

But maintenance is worse than you imagine from receiving a service from a lie.
